I can SO imagine poor Nyssa wondering where is the master she once knew and loved and trusted to provide good things!!

Speaking of Ridgebacks, I was selling my dad on getting one from the Rescue some day and we were looking at websites. One mentioned that they were not dogs to leave outside in the yard and another alluded to their thin skin in winter. My folks have always had outside dogs, but the yard is not a fenced in one--it's basically a 500 acre farm to roam--and I gathered the yard comment had to do with boredom and tiny suburban lots. I think a Ridgeback would love the farm, and my dad is outside all the time. But what about the winter cold? They have a dog house inside the car port, out of the wind and near the house, with lots of burlap bags and a carpet flap over the door. What do you think?

Oh, and thanks for the link and quoting me (unoriginal tho I may be). I feel like a "personality"!At A Hen's Pacehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02244490539003130874noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11743904.post-1147062534431522772006-05-07T20:28:00.000-08:002006-05-07T20:28:00.000-08:00Poor Nyssa.
